Cash Flow Risk

A new feature to generate a cash flow risk status for each Customer.

A cash flow risk of “Low”, “Moderate”, or “High” is calculated by considering the trends of:

  1. Credit Score,

  2. Reported DBT,

  3. Suggested Credit Limit,

  4. Debtor Balance,

  5. Actual DBT as experienced with the Customer,

  6. Invoice Disputes,

Leveraging the real-time communications with the associated credit agency for up to date status, in combination with real-world experiences with the customer, the risk engine analyses each Customer and attributes an up to date risk level with respect to the customers impact to cash flow.

The Cash Flow Risk rating is visible on the Customer record and is displayed and provided as a filter on the Customer Workbench.

Communication Subtab on Customer Workbench Popup

The Customer Workbench Popup now includes a subtab that displays all historic email communications to and from the Customer, including Contacts of that Customer.

Ageing Subtab on Customer Workbench Popup

The Customer Workbench Popup now includes a subtab that displays the Customer’s open transaction ageing profile.

Email CCing on Task Workbench

Sending an email from the Task Workbench customer timeline now allow CCing contacts when sending an email.

Email CCing on Customer Workbench

The send email form on the Customer Workbench now allows CCing contacts when sending an email.

Bug Fixes

  • [394] Infinite spinner on Task Workbench when all tasks are complete.
