Auto-link Customer to Credit Agency
A new feature allows for Customer records to be automatically linked to a default Credit Agency. A TaskCollect general setting determines whether auto-linking is enabled. When a customer record is created a look up is performed via the default Credit Agency, (using Company Registration Number, VAT Number, or Company Name in preference sequence), in the event a single company is found the Customer record is automatically linked; and the first Credit Report is also automatically downloaded.
Enhancements to emailing of Customer Statements
When emailing a Customer statement, from Collection Procedures, the Customer Workbench, or the Task Workbench, the user may now specify a start date, statement date and whether to include only open transactions - mirroring standard NetSuite functionality when generating Customer statements.
Invoice Collection Procedure Progress Indicator
A new feature displaying a progress indicator bar at the top of the page when viewing Invoices in NetSuite.
The indicator bar clearly indicates what is the current collection action, what has already occurred and what happens next and when.
