Credit Alert Notification Portlet

A new dashboard portlet is available to display credit notifications.

When TaskCollect receives credit notifications from the associated Credit Agencies, they are assess and categorised as being “Critical”, a “Warning”, an “Improving” situation, or “Noteworthy”. The new dashboard portlet provides an interface to see the notifications and mark them as “Acknowledged”.

Collection Step Escalation Contact

Collection Procedures allow emails to be scheduled to be sent to the “Collection Contact” or the Customer’s default email address. This new feature allows any Email field associated with Customer record to be selected as where the email should be sent.

The sending of emails from Collection Procedures follow the logic:

  1. If an Escalation Contact is specified in the Action and the associated field on the Customer record is populated send the email to that contact;

  2. Otherwise, if the Collection Contact is populated send the email to this contact;

  3. Otherwise, send the email to the Customer’s “Email” address.

Invoice Clip Transaction Date Skipping Weekends

A new feature is added that allows Collection Procedure Steps to be configured to avoid both weekends and UK bank holidays. This ensures Collection Procedure emails are only sent during working days.

Loading Spinners

Loading spinners have been added to the Customer Workbench and Task Workbench.
