Credit Agencies

TaskCollect comes preconfigured with the ability to generate credit reports from the credit agencies as defined.

If for policy purposes you do not want to allow users to generate credit reports through a particular credit agency, that credit agency can be disabled.

Disabling Credit Agencies

Navigate: TaskCollect > Setup > Credit Agencies

1. Click the Edit link, on the credit agency you want to disable,

2. Place a checkmark in the Inactive field,

3. Click the Save button.

Warning: It is strongly advised to not disable all credit agencies.
