Collection Teams
Where named individual Collection Reps are not assigned to Customer records, Collection Teams can be assigned as their owner from a debtor collection standpoint.
Creating Collection Teams
Standard NetSuite record Entity Groups are created to represent a Collection Team.
Note: NetSuite Classic Interface
Navigation: Lists > Relationships > Groups > New
Select Static,
Select Employee members,
Enter team Name,
Enter team Email address,
Check TaskCollect Collection Rep/Team,
Click Save.
