Collection Reps

Collection Reps can be assigned to Customer records as their owner from a debtor collection standpoint.

Configuring NetSuite users as Collection Reps

  1. Navigate to the Employee record in edit mode,

  2. Check the TaskCollect Collection Rep/Team field,

  3. Click Save.
